Purchaser assumes all liability and/or damage resulting from use, misuse, or unlawful use of any kind that is beyond the direct control of FSS Inc.

Purchaser also agrees that any and all products will be used in a legal and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and policies. Please note that covert and miniature audio equipped cameras are available to law enforcement agencies only, and purchaser assumes all legal liability for use of audio recording devices.

All product warranties are between the manufacturer and consumer as printed. FSS Inc. cannot amend or alter any product warranty, and is not responsible for loss of use, freight or redemption expenses, or any damages that may arise from a component failure. All such claims or alleged damages must be filed with the manufacturer, under their terms and conditions.

Images, terms, text and logos are subject to all copyright and trademark laws, and no part of this website may be reproduced without the owner’s consent. SANYO and MACE products and images are used with permission by FSS Inc. for the purpose of demonstration and information for the end user. No other use is intended or conveyed. Any typographical errors and omissions with regard to product, pricing, descriptions, warranties, or any other fault do not constitute any agreement to provide said equipment or service. Should you decide to purchase any product or service from FSS Inc, you will receive a printed copy of applicable warranty, a written product estimate and/or invoice, and any other information the manufacturer may provide.
